Before completing the application process for the Best Interests Assessment module, please read the BIA application pack and complete all relevant application tasks. Please ensure you have all relevant paperwork and information available to upload and complete your application.


Documents required to apply. 

You will not be able to submit your application without uploading the required documents, however you can sign back into your application at any time to upload documents and complete your application. 


  • BIA module application form 
  • Copy of professional certificate i.e BSc Social Work
  • Copy of Enhanced DBS check (should you be self-funding)
