This course is delivered fully online as self-study and so you will require access to a computer with internet access. A webinar is held in the first week of the course to demonstrate the learning materials and how to use the e-learning environment.

The e-learning portal combines multiple voices, animation and interactive exercises, throughout the study units allowing you to complete the units at a time and pace which suits you.

Assessment

Assessment is through a 60-question, multiple choice examination, taken over 1 hour. The pass mark for this qualification is 60%.

Once you have completed the online learning and believe you are ready to sit your exam, you will need to email us to request your exam voucher. We would recommend that you do not book your exam until you are able to achieve 70% or higher in the exam simulator.

You must sit your exam within your course registration period.
