Mindful Eating orientation session - 7/9/26

Online

Attendance dates: 07 Sep 2026 (Live Online via MS Teams link)

Course overview

Mindful Eating - Conscious Living is an eight-week mindfulness programme that will help you to establish a regular mindfulness practice, and help you to make better choices to manage your mood and stress levels.  The focus will be around learning how to be less anxious and more at ease around food and eating.  Through practicing paying attention to the present moment, without judgement, we can cultivate the capacity to tune into the physical experience of eating and how they relate to our moods and emotions.  In time, we can regain our natural freedom around food.
